Will you send gifts automatically?

No. The proposed service requires your approval of the gift, total price, note, and delivery details before each order. No response means no order, not an unwanted surprise charge.

What if I don’t like the suggestion?

You can request another option or skip the occasion. Your feedback helps us understand their preferences for next time.

Is the gift included in the subscription?

No. The example subscription covers the concierge service. You set a separate gift budget, and review the complete gift and delivery cost before paying.

Where will you deliver?

We’re exploring a Mérida-first launch. Delivery coverage, lead times, and availability are not confirmed yet. Tell us your country so we can understand where interest is coming from.

What about different countries’ Mother’s Day dates?

The idea is to let you choose the date that matters to your family, for example, May 10 in Mexico or the second Sunday in May in the US, rather than assume one calendar fits everyone.
